When I decided to do a 45 day fast I knew that I could never do it without having help with the first juice of the day so that I could get out the door to work in the mornings. What a blessing to find Skinny Limits! They worked with me to customize a plan that was perfect just for me. They made up 32 ounce containers of juice for me – 1 for each morning – that I picked up every three days during the 45 days. I could get up in the morning and open up a juice to start my day instead of having to get up a lot earlier to have time to do the juicing myself. They were so easy to work with and they made it so easy for me! It was so easy in fact, that my husband joined me in the fast! And what encouragers… they were so motivating every step of the way. I loved this cleanse. It was very easy on the stomach, the juices we VERY tasty and the cashew milk kept me full until the morning. I lost about 3lbs but most of all felt healthy from the inside out. Also, I agree with Marnie, I haven’t slept this good since before having kids! I HIGHLY recommend ASL!

Thank you ASL! I was so pleased with the results. I am ready for my next one. The only thing I would change about what I did was to exercise. I had the energy to do my normal routine (hot yoga) but I didn’t. I felt better for dure at the end of the 3 days-but I got full on amazing benefits as soon as I resumed my yoga practice. I now know the extraordinary benefits would have arrived sooner had I not taken the “exercise” caution so literally! So happy those tight pants were a little looser. -Very motivated now to make them fall off of me!
