Coco Berry Chia Energy Drink

Excellent for before and after workouts because coconut water has lots of electrolytes and chia has protein!

2 cups coconut water

1 cup frozen mixed berries

2 bananas

3 tablespoons chia seeds

Blend everything except the chia seeds until smooth, then add the chia seeds by hand and enjoy! It's kinda like bubble tea!
