Broccoli Smoothie

I didn't know about putting broccoli in a smoothie until I finally tried this recipe. It's a unique flavour but it DOES grow on you The best part is, you get a good amount of dark leafy veggies in just a few sips. Eating healthy is easy!

1 cup broccoli

1 cup spinach

1 tablespoon wheatgrass juice powder (optional)

2 cups frozen pineapple

2 cups coconut milk

Blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk if desired. And if you want it sweeter, throw in a couple dates to the blender. Enjoy!
